Winter Break festivities

While my family was in town we did many fun things. They got to go see 2 hockey games. One of which was the Midnight game. Both games resulted in free wings from a restaurant that Nick got to sponsor the team. Brayden was a big fan of free wings. The second time we went, we also all shared a HUGE piece of chocolate cake. It was so yummy!


We hung out in new Christmas jammies for the better part of some days. Brayden also got some major bed head going on a few times.Since it was nice out we went for a hike and played in the water. All of the boys loved throwing big rocks into the water and watching the splash.

Aaron did the honors of carrying Brayden. It can be a tough job but he was just the guy for it!
We also went down to the Bellagio and saw their beautiful Christmas display.


On New Year's day Nick and I went on the most wonderful date! We went down to Freemont street just the two of us. It was really nice to have a night to ourselves and know that Brayden was being very well taken care of.
We stayed at the Golden Nugget in this beautiful room.
You can tell it was a special night because Nick even wore his nice shoes out! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
