7 Month Update

Brayden is officially 7 months old...well 7 and 1 day. He is getting so big! He weighs 18 lbs. and 10 oz and 27 inches long. He has finally figured out how to sit up all on his own. He used to think it was a fun game to tip over and have someone catch him. He is still working on figuring out how to crawl. He can push himself backwards really well and he has figured out how to lurch himself forward, but he can't quite pull it all together to crawl forward.
This last week or so he has started to be very curious about everything. He always is looking at things and trying to touch them or put them in his mouth. Speaking of his mouth, he has also started teething. He drools constantly and it is impossible to keep anything dry. He also chews on everything. Blankets, toys, pillows, my hands or hair... if he can reach it, it goes into his mouth.
He is so much fun to play with. If you tell him to clap he can (and usually will). The sillier you act/dance for him, the harder he laughs. He likes to get into anything that is not his. Especially pens and any type of paper/plastic that makes noise. Here are some recent pictures of him

Brayden rolled himself up into the blanket one night and was in there babbling to himself. It was really funny to watch/listen to.
