First Bithday (part 1)

Birthday!!! Brayden is officially one! I can't believe that he has been around a whole entire year! It has gone so fast and been so wonderful! Brayden's 1st birthday party was just immediate family. His birthday dinner of choice was hot dogs and ketchup. Here he is getting ready for it After dinner we opened presents. This was one of his favorites. His uncle got him a toy phone and he put it right up to his ear.

After presents came the cake! We took off his shirt thinking that it would make clean up much easier.

First bite of cake! He was not at all interested in the frosting. he went straight for the cake part and smeared the frosting on the high chair instead. He didn't really care much for cake. He had a few bites of it and then just started making a mess of it all.
