Weekend update

We left Vegas this weekend and headed down to Mesa. Brayden did very well in the car. He looked like this for most of the time he was awake. He only had a couple of meltdowns where he wanted to get out of his carseat.


On Saturday morning we headed up to Papa and Grandma's cabin. We stopped along the way to play with Brayden's cousin (pictures to come). Then Bryaden had lots of fun playing outside and enjoying the fresh air.
Brayden also enjoyed lots of good food this weekend. He sure can eat, and when he is done eating his food, he moves onto other people's food.
On Sunday we went to a craft fair and Nick and Papa took Brayden to get his face painted. His baseball matched his Twins t - shirt.
On the way home Nick and Brayden had lots of fun together. The took pictures, sung songs and watched movies.
Here is a picture of the road that is eventually going to go over the Hoover Dam. The arch is finally connected and now they are working on the road to go over it.
It was really cool to see the stairs going up the arch. You could not pay me enough to walk up those!


Grandma and Papa worked with Brayden all weekend to get him to say "hi". On the way home we could not get him to stop saying it.

And finally, after practicing for a few weeks Brayden can blow bubbles! He no longer plunges his face into the water, he can actually blow bubbles!
