Brayden's Misadventures in food

Maybe we feed Brayden too much that so many of my posts revolve around food. Or perhaps I think that my already super cute kid is even cute with a mess. Hard to say. I will leave the decision up to you. Whichever one it is, this is what happens when you leave the teddy grahams within Brayden's reach. Such a mess, but oh so cute!

I know I have talked about Brayden's love of watermelon before. Let me show it to you from start to finish.
First, we have to buy the watermelon at the store. That results in Brayden hugging it for the rest of the shopping trip.


Second, when we get home, either Nick or I cut it up and Brayden eats it almost as fast as we cut it. He eats it while sitting very nicely on a step stool in the kitchen. Sometimes, as shown below, he does try to be nice and share it with us.

After he has gotten his fill, he looks something like this. This is immediately followed by a bath which is the only successful way to clean him up at this point.

Again, super messy, but oh so stinkin' cute!
