Fun Christmas weekend #1 Part 2

Saturday night we headed over the the M resort to continue our fun Christamas weekend. the M resort has the nation's largest christmas tree and they were having the lighting ceremony on Saturday night. It had been raining most of the day so it was quite cold outside, but we bundled up and went anyway. Bryaden was awestruck when he saw the tree. look how big his eyes were!

Here is the tree before it was lit.
While we waited to see the tree all lit up, we warmed up by the dancing fire on the pool. Brayden also thought this was very cool as he kept repeating the word over and over again.
We got right up next to the tree before it got lit. This is what it looked like if you were looking up to the top of it.

Unfortunatly, I have no pictures of the tree lit up becuase we never actually saw it lit up. After we got there we found out the were not going to be lighting it on time. We at first thought that we would be able to manage for another hour or so. Sadly we didn't last :( It was too crowded and unsafe (it was next to the outdoor pool) to let Brayden run around, so he got very antsy quickly. Also it was dinner time so he was more interested in everyone else food. I was promised by Nick though that we will go back to see it all lit up. It was still a very fun night together!
