Easter

Easter was so fun this year. Mostly the dying eggs and leading up to it part with Brayden. He was very into decorating his eggs. We made them a few days early, and he would check on them every day to make sure the were waiting for us.
WHen it finally came time to decorate them, he did a very good job. He was very careful as he put them into the dye and he loved putting stickers on them. (He has a thing for stickers lately)



Try to avoid my strange expression in this picture, but rather checkout the look of concentration on Brayden's. That egg was not going anywhere!

Along with dying eggs, we had an Easter egg hunt for Brayden. It was actually all of my mom's idea and we did it Friday before she left.



Easter morning, Brayden woke up to a trail of Jelly Beans (Jello beans as he says) that led him downstairs to his Easter basket. We didn't put a lot of candy in there since he had some from his egg hunt, but he got stickers and some snack stuff. He thought it was pretty cool that the Easter bunny "did left it all for him"

After church, we went hiking since it was such a nice day. I'm sure you are sick of seeing hiking pictures,we just never tire of going out there and going hiking. It is something that we can do as a family and all of us enjoy it. Brayden even does most of the hikes on his own. It is so wonderful.
