State Fair

This was the first State Fair that Brayden has ever been to, so we started with the animals thinking he would love them. I think in real life they are a little too big for him. He liked the cows if the were just standing by him, but he was not a fan of getting close to them. His favorite part of the fair was when he got to be a "farmer". They had an area set up where he went through a whole bunch of activities that were similar to being on a farm.

He got to ride on a tractor to bring the food to the animals

And then he had to plant seeds to grow more food and he finished with getting a treat that was made on a farm. He picked out oatmeal.

The second to last thing we did was go into the dairy building to get some ice cream. Brayden thought it was great hat he could be a string cheese.

The boys went off to get some Sweet Martha's cookies before we left and when they came back they brought a sleeping Brayden with them.
Take note of the half eaten cookie in the stroller. He has never fallen asleep in the middle of eating before. Ever.

He also stayed sleeping while we got on the bus and slept most of the way home. Poor kid was exhausted! He must have had fun though because he asked to go back everyday for the next week.
