When we moved up here, one of the first things Nick talked about was getting Brayden into skating lessons so he would be ready to play hockey. So we signed him up for lessons and away he went.
He passed his first session with no problem. He learned how to get up of he fell, how to go forward and how to keep his balance while picking something up off the ground.
In the second seeion now, he is working on going backwards, and moving around objects. He generally likes to go to skating lessons, but sometimes gets frustrated when he can't do something right.

HE has some sweet hockey hair going on afterwards all the time!
Before lessons, they have an open skate time and he likes doing that with us. We always let him take a break on the bench before he has to go to lessons. He thinks that is pretty cool.
